One-Year Free Service Guaranteed
All Soartec® Tools include a one-year free service guarantee starting from the date of purchase. During this period, Soartec will provide free service and maintenance only for issues resulting from normal operation and proper usage.
This service guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, external factors, or any condition not related to manufacturing defects.
3-Year Limited Warranty
Soartec® Tools offers a limited 3-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and extends for three years. Under this warranty, Soartec® Tools will repair or replace, at our discretion, any tools found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover any damage or failure resulting from:

Misuse, abuse, neglect

Overloading or operating beyond recommended air pressure

Unauthorized disassembly, alteration, or modification

Improper maintenance or lubrication
-
Environmental exposure (rust, moisture, dust, contamination)

Accidents, impact, or physical damage

Tools used for commercial, rental, or continuous heavy-duty industrial applications outside normal use conditions
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Soartec® Tools' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective tool. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, Soartec® Tools will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective tool. If the tool is no longer available or cannot be repaired, a comparable product will be provided.
Soartec® Tools reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective for products purchased after the date of modification.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a valid warranty claim, the customer must provide:

Proof of purchase

A clear description of the issue

Supporting photos or videos
If the defect cannot be evaluated remotely, Soartec® may require the product to be returned for inspection.
All shipping costs for inspection are the responsibility of the customer. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, Soartec will cover the cost of repair or replacement.
If the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, repair work, replacement parts, and return shipping will be charged to the customer.
Exclusions
The one-year free service and three-year limited warranty do not cover:
a. Normal wear and tear
b. Consumable components (e.g., blades, bits, O-rings, bearings, gaskets)
c. Products used for commercial, rental, or continuous duty
d. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
e. Damage resulting from improper air pressure, contamination, or insufficient lubrication
f. Damage caused by environmental exposure (rust, water ingress, dust, chemicals)
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY SOARTEC® TOOLS PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SOARTEC TOOLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES, OR DELAYS ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO, FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOARTEC TOOLS DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
